Video Submission

Alp Adventures is a Beta USA video series featuring real Beta Alp riders and the places they take their bikes. The goal is to showcase the versatility of the Alp and the adventures of the riders who own them. Riders are responsible for filming and fully editing their own videos before submitting them to Beta USA.

 VIDEO REQUIREMENTS

Before submitting your video, make sure it meets all of the following requirements:

Video Length

• Video must be 2 minutes or less.
• MP4 

 Video Editing

• Your video must be fully edited before submission.
• Do not submit raw or unedited footage.
• You are responsible for selecting your best footage and creating the finished video.
• Video format should be in 16:9(horizontal) and minimum 1080p(HD)

 Required Intro & Logo

Beta USA will provide a standard Alp Adventures Intro and Logo.

• Download the provided Intro and place it at the very beginning of your video.
• Download the provided logo and place it at the very end of your video.
• Do not alter, shorten, or modify the provided Intro or logo.

Location Information

Clearly identify the destination/location throughout your video.

• Include the destination or location in on screen text whenever you arrive at a new location.
• Location names should be easy to read and remain on screen long enough to be understood.
• Examples:
  • Paso Robles
  • Pismo Beach
  • Lopez Lake
  • Pozo

Content

• Keep the video clean, appropriate, and brand safe.
• Content should focus on positive riding experiences and adventures.
• No offensive, dangerous, reckless, illegal, or inappropriate content.
• Avoid political, controversial, or unrelated content.
• Do not include copyrighted music unless you have the appropriate rights or permission to use it.

WHAT SHOULD THE VIDEO SHOW?

Show the Alp

Whenever possible, include footage that clearly shows the Beta Alp being ridden or the bike itself.

Your video can be whatever kind of Alp adventure you want.

Examples include:

• Backroad rides
• Dirt roads
• Scenic rides
• Day trips
• Weekend adventures
• Road trips
• Exploring new areas
• Riding to a specific destination
• Connecting multiple destinations
• A favorite local riding route

The goal isn't to create a professional commercial. Show us where you took your Alp.

SUBMISSION CHECKLIST
Before submitting, make sure:

☐ Video is 2 minutes or less
☐ Video is fully edited
☐ Official Alp Adventures Intro is at the beginning
☐ Official Beta Logo is at the end
☐ Destination/location names appear as on screen text
☐ Beta Alp is shown in the video
☐ Video is clean and appropriate
☐ Music and other content are properly licensed
☐ Video showcases a positive riding experience
☐ Rider information is complete
☐ Video is 16:9 format and minimum 1080p(HD)
☐ Video has been uploaded using the submission link

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER SUBMISSION?
After your video is submitted, Beta USA will review the submission. Not every submission will necessarily be selected for publication. If your video is selected, Beta USA may publish it on its official social media and YouTube as part of the Alp Adventures series. By submitting your video, you confirm that:
• You created or have permission to use all submitted footage.
• You have permission to use any music, graphics, or other copyrighted material included in the video.
• You have permission from any identifiable individuals appearing in the video.
• The submitted content does not knowingly violate the rights of another person or company.
• You grant Beta USA permission to use the submitted video and associated information for promotional, social media, website, and other marketing purposes.

THE GOAL
There is no single way to ride an Alp. Take it down a backroad. Ride it to the coast. Explore somewhere you've never been. Take the long way home. We want to see where you took yours.
