Beta USA is proud to announce the 2025 Evo Factory range. Further refinement of the Evo Factory models points them closer to perfection as ever. Our engineers in Italy continue to work with the World Trial team riders to provide feedback on improvements on both the chassis and the engine to provide what is said to be the “Gold Standard” of trial.

The 2025 models receive a major upgrade to the suspension, with the introduction of a new, larger diameter fork which provides major benefits both in use and in the ability to adjust the settings. The shock has also been upgraded with an aluminum body for lighter weight and an overall better performance.

ENGINE

Exclusive changes to the Factory models:

2-stroke

  • Magnesium crankcase with black finish: featuring a particularly eye-catching design, this component provides more than a three-pound weight difference.
  • Trimmed clutch discs: created specifically to maximize clutch precision and controllability in every possible situation and particularly to make the most extreme repetitive actions easier to manage even at high rpm, such as big obstacles and rear wheel hops, ensuring extreme precision every time.
  • Black anodized engine oil filler plugs.
  • Titanium exhaust: on the 250/300 models this provides a weight reduction of over 1.3 lbs. as well as providing better performance in the mid-to-top end rpm range thanks to its larger internal diameter. The EVO Factory 125's exhaust, also made of titanium, stands out from that of the larger engine sizes due to its internal structure, with an initial conical section (cylinder side) providing an increase in torque and acceleration at low rpms.
  • FRAME AND SUSPENSION

In terms of the frame and design, the new Evo Factory My 2025 differs from the standard version as follows:

    • Suspension: The 2025 Evo Factory range features a new front fork with 39 mm tubes, 1 mm larger than the previous model. This increased diameter leads to an increase in the rigidity at the front wheel, improving the precision and ease of the bike's ride. The fork utilizes a single-sided spring on one side while all of the dampening is handled from the other side. This system allows for a quicker-responding front fork action while saving weight at the same time. The internal cartridge rod is larger and hard anodized for durability and performance. Both stanchions are fitted with convenient adjusters controlled by anodized hex socket screws in different colors. Adjustment is included for over-all dampening as well as spring preload. The fork is finished off with a special TiN gold hard coating which reduces friction while also giving the bike a stunning look.
    • Triple clamps: Machined from billet aluminum with blue anodized finish providing rigidity and lightness (weighing around 3.5 ounces less than standard models), they also feature fore-aft adjustable handlebar brackets to let the rider find their ideal position. The new blue color also adds to the bike’s overall Factory look.
    • Blue anodized handlebar: The new blue over-sized Reikon handlebar retains the exemplary flexibility which sets it apart, now guaranteeing a zero-compromise look.
    • Footpegs: Black machined billet aluminum, durable yet lightweight with the non-slip steel pins ensuring maximum grip.
    • Wheels: Stunning blue wheels complete the overall look. Tubeless rear tire provides the ultimate traction.
    • Chain Adjusters: Black anodized
    • Handlebar end plugs: Included with all Factory models to extend the life of the grips in case of a fall.
    • Radiator hoses: Red silicone. offering improved cooling performance, these components also give the bike a thoroughbred racing look.
    • Rear Sprocket Cover: Rear sprocket decal to meet all FIM and other club rules to cover the holes.
    • Handlebar tether: Provided to also meet local club’s rules, kills the engine in case of a fall.
    • Galfer racing brake discs: these discs offer maximum braking power and extremely light weight, which contributes to reducing un-sprung mass, maximizing the bike's rideability.
    • BrakTec brake and clutch master cylinders.
    • Rear brake caliper with anti-vibration system for pads.
    • Michelin X-light tires: leader in the sector in terms of weight, performance and grip in all situations.
    • New graphics: the new design for MY2025 features a matt grey frame with contrasting plastic parts, with the identifying racing appeal provided by the blue and red colors. The two-stroke heat shield is now red, while the graphics and geometry are aggressive. The anodized blue components complete the look of the bike, more “racing” than ever.

These changes to the engines and chassis provide a Factory bike that is aimed at the top-level rider yet still provides the amateur rider with an overall trial package that is manageable. It is suggested that the amateur rider step down one model size compared to the standard Evo models, for example, if a rider normally competes on a standard 300 Evo model, they will prefer the overall package of the Evo 250 Factory version as an equal comparison.
